The 25th Annul Santa Cruz Paddlefest was insane this year. The combination of large swell, high winds, and heavy rain created extremely challenging conditions for the competitors. The first two days of competition were rough, and eventually the weather won the war and the contest was called off. The following video is a series of clips filmed throughout this cold wet weekend.
